First you will start with 25 Pull-ups using your bodyweight and as few of sets as possible. Then you move directly into a Deadlift for 50 repetitions. After that, you’ll do 50 Push-ups. Once you’ve completed that exercise, then you’ll do 50 Box Jumps on a 24″ platform. Next, is 50 Floor Wipers. To perform this exercise, lie on your back while holding a barbell with arms extended. Next, bring your feet up to each side, making sure your feet touch down each time in the middle between sides. That counts as one repetition. After the Floor Wipers, you’ll do 25 repetitions of Kettlebell Clean Presses for each arm, making sure to touch the kettlebell to the floor in between each repetition. @ignaciodeltigre floor wipes basically work your abs from the lower part all the way to the top and they give you a nice burning sensation all through-out your abs. @GregLamothe what are you talking about? i work out like 6 days a week and thought this looked like a fun challenging workout. i weigh 190 and max on the bench at 250… i would say that i am in shape.
@ColtsFootballFan91 I bet you aren’t in shape! I’m pretty out of shape and after watching this video and a few others outlining the workout, I did the whole thing (like 20 minutes ago). It took me such a long time I’m too embarrassed to say but I finished it. For people who are starting from scratch, don’t read this and try that because I have a lot of experience with exercise but don’t listen to ColtsFootballFan91. I think the keyword in his name is FAN!
@vukstevanic yes it will but you should not rely on it exclusively. To lose weight, you want to raise your heart rate and keep it up over a period of time. That means cardio!!! Running is the always ideal but you can also mix it up for variety. You can do laps at a pool, skipping, my favorite is to hit focus mitts with somebody or to hit a heavy bag. 20 to 40 minutes 3-5 days a week. Plus this workout and you will be doing more than “losing a few pounds”! You will be a machine. Good luck!
